SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program name: Da Cleaning Bros SMS

Program description: Customers who opt in receive text messages about their appointments, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates. Customers who separately opt in to marketing messages also receive promotional offers and specials.

How to opt in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box(es) on our website form and submitting your phone number. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies (2-4 messages per month).

How to opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. After you send "STOP," we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, sign up as you did the first time or text "START."
